Additional Information
Keep inoculated Pouch™ TF at room temperature and ship them to the laboratory within 48 hours. Samples will then be incubated for 48 hours. Samples can also be incubated before shipping. Incubate pouches for 48 hours vertically at 35-37°C and ship to laboratory. Clearly indicate on the submission form if incubation has occurred. If not clearly marked, it is assumed the sample is not incubated and they will be incubated prior to the PCR.
